Shipping policy

Akoya Swimwear processes orders within 1 to 3 business days. If the item you ordered is no longer available you will be contacted at the email you provided and if we are unable to meet your needs you will receive a full refund.

Once your shipment is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order.

Akoya Swimwear pays the shipping costs on orders over $200.00.

Orders for delivery in Canada which are by

Standard delivery are expected to be delivered within 5-10 business days
Expedited delivery are expected to be delivered within 2-4 business days
Taxes on items delivered in Canada will be determined by the place of delivery.

Orders for delivery in the US which are by

Standard delivery are expected to be delivered within 2-9 business days
Expedited delivery are expected to be delivered within 2-4 business days
Order for delivery outside Canada and the US which are by standard delivery only and are expected to be delivered within 14-21 days.

On deliveries outside of Canada you will be responsible for any custom duties and taxes charged at the place of delivery.
